REACH’s Ryan Weaver and Dan Metz shot for upcoming Martin Scorcese film,Wolf of Wall Street starring Leonardo Dicaprio. Scorcese is widely regarded as one of the greatest directors of all time, having won an AFI Lifetime Achievement Award, an Academy Award, a Palme d’Or, Cannes Film Festival Best Director Award, Silver Lion, Grammy Award, Emmy Awards, Golden Globes, BAFTAs, and DGA Awards. The film is set to release November 15, 2013.

Phil Tamney started with Kaback Model Management and has made the transition to our High-end Editorial Agency in NYC. Despite walking in international fashion weeks, he still does commercial acting work such as his recent stint for Taco Bell. Recently Phil Tamney was personally requested by Calvin Klein, to audition for the coveted position of the next face of CK Obsession.

The It Factor Produtions booked Amir Q for his first job, the pay for which was $50,000. The job was for the upcoming adaptation of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles starring Megan Fox and directed by the legendary Michael Bay. Michael Bay went on to specifically request a meeting with REACH Model’s Mark Mandia.

Deric “D-Dot” Angellettie, two-time Grammy Winner and Co-Founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, met Alycia Kaback and became one of VIP Talent Connect Entertainment Networking Summit’s most notable Industry Experts to date. D-Dot is responsible for launching the careers of such legendary performers as Mary J. Blige and Notorious B.I.G. The It Factor Productions has partnered with D-Dot to produce the world’s largest music conference and talent expo, set for Spring 2014 in Atlantic City.

Teri Bestaji, Head of Wilhelmenia Teens &Kids Division NYC, has had a continued relationship with Alycia Kaback and attends every VIP Talent Connect Entertainment Networking Event for the past five years. Teri has discovered many of the most recognizable child actors and models at VIP, including the face of Osh Gosh clothing for children.

REACH Model Greg Salmon is one of our most successful international male models, having modeled throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. Greg has shot for high profile brands such as Cartier and Mercedes Benz, and has graced the pages of literally dozens of magazines. Recently, Greg was personally requested by designer Ralph Lauren.

REACH Models’ Anderson Davis went viral and made national headlines as Kraft’s “Zesty” Guy. This attention has led to appearances on Live with Kelly and Michael, Good Morning America, and other popular talk and news shows. Most recently he was named by E! News as one of the 10 best things in pop culture. You can also see Anderson as the love interest in Katy Perry’s video for “Thinking of You.”

Through the continued success of our management companies, Kaback Model Management and REACH Models, as well as through the growth of our connections with industry heavyweights, REACH was able to open divisions for representing Celebrities, Speakers, and Musicians. Simultaneously REACH has been expanding the number of SAG-AFTRA talent we represent and 90% of our beginner actors are SAG-AFTRA eligible within 2 years. That’s 1/3 the industry average of 6 years.

In 2013, The It Factor Productions made its first foray into Broadway Plays, backing Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike! starring Sigourney Weaver and David Hyde Park. The endeavor was successful to say the least, winning the 2013 Tony Award for Best Play. Alycia Kaback views this as just the beginning of The It Factor Productions Broadway career.

After the success of Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike! The It Factor Productions went on to back Peter and the Star Catcher, bringing it to New York from London. Peter and the Star Catcher has already won 5 Tony Awards. There is more Broadway news from The It Factor Productions soon to be announced.

Riggs Morales VP and A&R from Eminem’s record label, Shady Records signed on to be a VIP Talent Connect Entertainment Networking Summit Speaker and Industry Expert. He attended our 2012 VIP Summit offering words of advice and ongoing mentorship to some of the qualified VIP Talent he met one-on-one that day. Riggs Morales was instrumental in launching 50 Cent’s career and has sold 23 million records.

Caiden Spector of Kaback Kids was featured in the Toys R Us Christmas Catalog with international distribution. She also appeared in an episode of the Rachael Ray Show and was the face of Just like Home Aprons children’s line. There is a lot more on the horizon for Caiden; more projects will be announced soon.

Billy Magnussen, who starred in The-It-Factor-Productions-Backed play Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike! signed on to be a VIP Talent Connect Industry Expert. He spoke at his first VIP event in June 2013. Next up he will be starring in new movie with Johnny Depp and Meryl Streep.

Dozens of talent from Kaback Model Management were cast in the upcoming 2014 film, The Other Woman. The film will star Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton, and Nicki Minaj. The Other Woman is an American comedy directed by Nick Cassavetes, who is famous for directing movies such as The Notebook.

The It Factor Productions released a series of celebrity interviews about mentorship. Some of the notable celebrities interviewed were music sensation Usher, Richard Dreyfuss of hit films like Jaws and Mr. Holland’s Opus, and Tony Award winner James Earl Jones. The It Factor Productions remains committed to the mission of mentorship for aspiring as well as established talent in acting, music, modeling, and dance.

VIP Talent Connect Industry Expert Jeffrey Gurian, who has been a VIP Speaker for many years, has co-produced a documentary called, The Business of Comedy. The documentary is an in-depth look into what it’s like to make it as a comedian. The film will make entertainment history as it is one of the first of Hulu’s original programming.

The It Factor Productions partnered with current ECPW Heavyweight Champion Andrew “The Reinforcer” Anderson to create the long-awaiting documentary, Behind the Ropes: The Greatest Fraternity in the World. Filming has already included such big names as Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka, Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, Tito Santana, and The Boogeyman in a rare out of make-up interview, as well as dozens of other legendary wrestlers and industry insiders such as journalist Bill Apter of “Apter Mag” fame.

As host of The It Factor Radio, Alycia Kaback attended the 50th Anniversary of John Glenn’s Historic Flight aboard the Friendship 7 during which he was the first American to orbit around Earth. Alycia personally interviewed John Glenn, Neil Armstrong, and head of NASA Charles Bolden Jr.

Chelsea Krost, who is signed to REACH’s Speaker division, launched her new show with Studio City and WMCN, entitled The Chelsea Krost Show. She has hosted our Annual NYC Women’s Empowerment Summits, made multiple appearances on The It Factor Radio with Alycia Kaback, and has spoken at our VIP Talent Connect Networking Summits and monthly Kaback Model Management (KMM) Workshops.

Each year Alycia Kaback and The It Factor Productions create the NYC Women’s Empowerment Summit. The summit is a one day charity event and luncheon consisting of talks by 15 of NYC most powerful women in a variety of industries and an afternoon networking session. The 1st and 2nd Annual Women’s Empowerment Summits raised nearly $10,000 for charity.

Danielle Guldin was one of the first talent to attend a VIP Talent Connect Summit, since she has been working nonstop as an actress in NYC. She is the host and face of the NYC-based TV art show, “Extreme Art Television,” and hosted the Unique Art Awards live from Manhattan in July of 2011. Danielle can be seen modeling regularly on the web for Yahoo!, and on national television for QVC.

VIP Speaker, Katie Finnernan joined the cast of Michael J. Fox’s comedy on NBC, premiering on September 26th, 2013. Finnernan will play Leigh, Fox’s younger sister, who is described as a single narcissist who is jobless and doing whatever she can to remain young. Finnernan is most famous for her roles in Night of the Living Dead and Movie 43 with Hugh Jackman and for starring in TV’s I Hate my Teenage Daughter and Wonderfalls.

Two-time NYC Women’s Empowerment Speaker Laura Fredricks just sat down with renowned reporter Katie Couric to talk about how to ask for what you want. Laura is one of the most “sought after speakers,” nationally and internationally. Her best-selling books, “The ASK: How to Ask for Your Nonprofit Cause, Creative Project, or Business Venture” and “The ASK: How to Ask Anyone for Any Amount for Any Purpose” have been the go-to guide for any size organization to raise funds.

The It Factor Productions began representing boxer Riddick Bowe under REACH’s Celebrity division. Riddick Bowe was raised on the hard streets of Brooklyn, NY, and fought his way out of poverty to become one of the top boxers of the modern era. Most known for his silver medal in the 1988 Olympics, and becoming the first fighter to knock out Evander Holyfield.

The It Factor Productions had the opportunity to interview journalist and media personality Ernie Anastos about his career path and the essential ingredients to success in the entertainment industry. Anastos is an American Emmy Award-winning New York City television news anchor, currently on Fox 5.

The It Factor Radio hosted by Alycia Kaback had its first spot on CBS Digital radio in Howard Stern’s old studio. The It Factor then moved to the terrestrial airwaves with WNJC. The It Factor Radio is next set to launch on LA Talk Live with national syndication.

REACH talent manages three American Idol contestants, Anthony Federov, Johnathan McNeil and Joshua Curtis Arrington, or better known by his stage name “JCurtis.” Kaback Model Management also represents 6 contestants from Tyra Banks’ America’s Next Top Model, including most notable faces, Anchal Joseph and Angelea Preston, who almost won the All-Star Season until she was controversially disqualified in the last round, a dispute that made headlines around the world.

The It Factor Productions executively produced a short film called The Mandala Maker, which received Oscar Nomination buzz. The film features the story of Naomi, a struggling artist, who attempts to heal herself from a past tragedy in her life by painting Tibetan Mandalas. The It Factor is now producing its second film, a documentary entitled Behind the Ropes: The Greatest Fraternity in the World.

The It Factor Radio featured an episode in which Alycia Kaback interviewed four-time Grammy Award-winner Roberta Flack. During the episode Alycia actually sang “Killing Me Softly with His Song” with Roberta Flack. Roberta has agreed to headline the NYC Women’s Empowerment Summit.

Ron Roecker, a.k.a. “The Grammy Guy,” VP of the Grammy Board, flew in from California to meet with our talent at the VIP Talent Connect Entertainment Networking Summit in NYC. He actually gave each and every one of the VIP Talent his personal cell phone number. As President of Enfluence Group, Ron was also able to offer his guidance on marketing and personal branding.

The 1st Annual Women’s Empowerment Summit was headlined by actress and television producer Vivica A. Fox. Vivica is most known for her roles in Independence Day, Set It Off, Soul Food, Why Do Fools Fall in Love, Kill Bill, Booty Call, and Juwanna Mann. Fox is currently the host of the Lifetime reality show Prank My Mom, where people play pranks on their mothers.

Richard Stratton, of High Times fame, has been a VIP Talent Connect Industry Expert on a number of occasions. He is a producer and creative consultant on a number of HBO productions including Prisoners of the War on Drugs, The Execution Machine: Texas Death Row, Thug Life in D.C. and the dramatic prison series, Oz. He and CEO Alycia Kaback have become great friends; he even allowed her to play his piano, which was a gift from 8-time Grammy Nominated musician, Tori Amos.

The Model Alliance believes that models deserve fair treatment in their workplace, and aims to establish ethical standards that bring real and lasting change to the fashion industry as a whole.

The executive staff at The It Factor Productions got the chance to meet all of the actors who played the kids from the original Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971) movie. Paris Themmen, who played Mike TeeVee, came to talk to VIP Talent Connects’s child actors. He gave CEO Alycia Kaback a golden ticket.

Through The It Factor Productions’ partnership with Steiner Sports, CEO Alycia Kaback got to meet and interview Eli Manning for The It Factor. Eli Manning is quarterback for the NY Giants. Manning hold Giants’ records for most touchdown passes and completed passes in a career, and the NFL record for most fourth-quarter touchdown passes in a season. He led the Giants to victory in Super Bowl XLII and Super Bowl XLVI, and was named MVP both times.

Alycia Kaback and The It Factor Productions have just signed a deal to back the play, Becoming Dr. Ruth. The play tells the story of Dr. Ruth Westheimer, the sex therapist before she became the most beloved blunt-talking sex therapist in media. Dr. Ruth will be portrayed by Debra Jo Rupp of That 70’s show fame.

REACH Models Nicole C and Mia C were noticed at NYC Fashion Week and picked up to be featured in Seventeen Magazine’s Special Edition Prom issue. The girls will be modeling for Janique. There is a possibility that one of them will even make the cover.

The hit band fOREVER has recently signed on as VIP Speakers for the next VIP Talent Connect Entertainment Networking Summit in NYC. They have also been signed to REACH's Music Division. Their most recent hit song is #12 on iTunes behind Lady Gaga and ahead of Rihanna. They come in at #1 on the Top40 Indie Charts and #12 on the Top40 Charts.
